Squad In Sync is a group planning and coordination platform that allows users to:

Create and manage squads (groups) for trips and events
Collaborate with members on shared itineraries and tasks
Track squad vibes and member moods
Access premium features through paid subscriptions
Use pre-designed templates for various activities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

Squad In Sync offers both guest access (temporary, 24-hour squads) and registered user accounts. Registered accounts provide persistent squads and additional features.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Paid Plans

Squad In Sync offers PRO and VIP subscription plans with enhanced features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at squadinsync@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Squad In Sync (squad names, descriptions, tasks, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Upload malicious code or viruses
Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

Squad In Sync and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Squad In Sync or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAD IN SYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
